Mateusz Garnuszewski, legal counsel, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He completed his legal training as a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznan. He gained additional knowledge and skills by pursing postgraduate studies devoted to the legal-economic aspects of corporate management, run by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and postgraduate studies in banking law, organized by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in cooperation with the National Bank of Poland.

Andrzej Philips, attorney, a practising lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the profession. He has accomplished his legal training as a judge at the Regional Court in Kalisz. In 1982, he became an apprentice judge in the District Court in Krotosztyn, where he used to deal with cases in the field of civil and family law, conduct criminal proceedings, and acted as a member of a committee for counteracting alcoholism. He was nominated to become a judge of the District Court in Krotosztyn in 1983. In the period of 1 June 1984 to 30 November 1987 he was a judge in the civil division of the District Court in Poznan. In December 1987, he was entered into the register of legal counsels and became a coordinator of the legal counsel office in the municipal office of Poznan. In December 1989, he was entered into the register of the Poznan bar association. In 1990, he became a member of Law Practice no. 12 in Poznan. He’s been running a private law firm since 1992. A member of the Association for International Arbitration in Brussels, and an arbitrator of the International Court of Arbitration at AIA.
